     With the help of local LEED consultants, an award winning Architecture
     firm in Santa Monica will set an example for their clients by building a
     LEED rated sustainable office building.

     Eco Consulting LA is working closely with Belzberg Architects in Santa 
     Monica to certify their 7,000 square foot 3-story office space targeting
     a LEED Gold certification.  Achieving this challenging certification
     included optimizing energy efficiency and water efficiency, minimizing
     site impact, using rapidly renewable materials, integrating
     photovoltaics,  and improving indoor air quality. 

     In addition Eco Consulting LA went above and beyond the requirements of LEED by  helping incorporate policies within the
     firm such as establishing financial incentives for biking to work and providing  employees with a shared Prius for traveling
     to business meetings and events.  

     Eco Consulting LA is a Los Angeles based LEED consulting firm specializing in assisting clients build and/or remodel their
